This is quite a user friendly no-brainer tens machine for personal use. Pre programmed functions with guide to where to paste the pads is very helpful

Very good for Ankle mobility using EMS, at medium setting it is very powerful, better than corded EMS which is not easily portable. Requre AAA replacable battery, which is only downside .

Hand fracture and persistent pain. Pity fracture happened in India and Indians surgeons and private hospitals are not good. There is a rotational malunion and I am waiting till I get back to the USA to break the bone again and affix it with plates by real doctors there. In the mean time I was taking pain meds which as a medical device scientist myself I know, was hurting my kidneys ( along with other meds, this damage is amplified). So opted for this.This works. Not as good as a deep massage, but enough that you can stop taking the medicines everyday. And yes, I was taking diclofenac and paracetamol with chlorzoxazone, not opiates. You have to be out of your mind to take opiates - natural or artificial.Don't consider cheap made in China stuff, this is a bit expensive, but it works. I endorse it.
