I use these to keep all my dry ingredients now. It is truly air tight. Worth the investment in every way.

These 7.8 Cup sized containers are the perfect size for stacking in the pantry, not to big, not to small. Most supermarket standard sized (non bulk) bags of pasta, rice, beans, flour etc fit in these containers with a little space to spare.They are completely air tight and durable.I brought these after having pantry moths and wanting to put everything in sealed containers. My original purchase was the variety pack put subsequently brought a number of these 7.8 cup sizes as the most versatile size wise for a small pantry.The price of these individually is way excessive compare to the variety packs but they are air tight, durable and hopefully will last a lifetime. I still feel bad every time I look in the pantry and calculate the money spent on these storage containers though.

I normally love these containers, especially how crystal clear they are but the batch that arrived today are cloudy. The container on the left in my photos (the one with the pasta) is over 3 years old - the three on the right are brand new but look older.Very disappointing quality control, i won’t be buying again.

This rubbermaid plastic container keeps my brown sugar fresh and moist for a long time, I'd guess the sugar I have in it right now is 2 months old at least. I have 2 clay disks in the container within the sugar and each time I use the sugar, I clean and re-wet the clay disks and re-insert back into the brown sugar. The container has a black rubber seal that, when I remove the cover, I have to really pull on it and I hear a vacuum release when it comes off. It fits tight and is a good container for brown sugar given how easily brown sugar dries out. This is a good buy with the clay disks sold separately.
