Great size easy to swallow good value and works well

As the title states - these gave me some pretty bad stomach issues whilst I was taking them, they smell awful but I mean what do you expect from fish oil, right? I saw no health benefits whilst taking these and in fact felt a bit mentally down. Nothing else was happening in my life at that point to have a noticeable and drastic effect on my mental health and this symptom seemed to disappear a day or two after I stopped taking them. However I feel that I can’t give this a 1 star rating based purely on my own anecdotal experience as it seems to help a lot of other people.
