Hot ChillysMen's Pepper Skins Bottom Midweight Relaxed Fit Base Layer

Found them overly narrow through the butt and hips for an XL Usually wears a M-L.

Shipping: I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I received this product. It was at my doorstep 4 days after I ordered it!Product Review: This is the first pair of base layers that I have ever purchased and after doing a fair amount of research on different brands, I felt Hot Chillys had the best deal for a quality product. I can say that I'm very happy with my purchase. I ordered both the pepper skins top base layer and the bottom base layer in a small. I'm a little under 5'4" and weight 140 lbs (muscular build). The bottoms are just a tad long for my height but the fit is perfect (not tight or constraining... and I have pretty muscular/toned legs). The product is very light and unbelievably comfortable yet has kept me warm in 40-50 degree weather. I will be going to Germany and testing these out (update to follow).

Like the fit, comfort, not bulky, like 2nd skin, warmth.

These Base Layer Skins, Long Johns in the 20th Century, are great. I found a pair of these 3 years ago at Sports Authority and love them. Went back last year to get another pair and they don't carry them anymore.Amazon to the rescue. Arrived in just 2 days and are just as good as the pair I have had and worn many times on business trips to the Mid-West in January and February. They are comfortable enough to put on before I get get on a plane in FL so I don't frezze when I get off the plane in Green Bay.

I purchased these along with the competing Under Armour product. I can't tell any difference, except in the price, and actually, I like the fit better on these. I'm not an athlete, and my needs aren't that demanding, but I do hike and camp in cold-weather environments, and these keep me nice and warm.

This isn't my first pair of Hot Chillys, and frankly I can't ever figure out which model of Hot Chillys is which, but the price was right on this one and they work great for me (skiing, snow-boarding). I got the large, and I have a 34" inseam, and they fit fine. After a few hundred washes, they have some pilling, just like my older Hot Chillys, but they still stay warm and dry.
