Product appears to be good. So far so good. Challenge was installation. Went through challenges in having installation done through Amazon. Hopeless service support for installation support through Amazon. Bad experience.

Perfect tv for everyone, be it oldies at home or for youngsters. Direct button for amazon prime, Netflix and YouTube on tv remote is absolutely amazing and picture quality is also reasonably good at this price. Totally go for it using it for the last 4 months no issues yet. Installed one day later but without any hassle so give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

We got this instead of a projector for our meetings and presentations. It worked out well. Key benefit over projectors is that ambient light does not affect viewing much. The sound is good.

good to watch nature documentaries and action movies. The screen is very clear and at 52,000 its a great buy. Just to mention youtube video quality not to great. also fine for gaming ps3

Customer support from VU is very very poor. Bought a 65 inch TV on Oct 24, 2019. Shah Electronics delivered it immediately and assured me that VU technicians would call me for installation. Here begin the problems. No messages and no calls from VU. Shah electronics threw up its hands. The VU helpline just plays recorded messages. Whichever option you choose, it says we will call back, but the calls never materialise. PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE. You wouldn’t know who to call. DON’T BUY THIS BRAND because of its unsupportful customer support.

I got the led tv and when I received it there was spotting seen on my tv,till now no vu officials have called and amazon also have a very poor response..if anyone buying this plz plz plz dont buy it..dont buy led tv from amazon..trust me they are all fakes here
