I dont think ups machine could mess it up and they tried bc our box was indented!!! So thank you Gyroor for making sure it was safe!This is super cool! We have a dirt/grass/gravel yard. It works in our yard!!!!! It has a cool carry bag to take it to the park, ect. I am an adult with crappy to average balance and have never been on 1 before and within 10 minutes after charging I was riding it. I bought it for my kids but of course mom rules are that I get to try cool new toys. Haha. Even after several wipeouts it still looks in great shape.

Fantastic product, the additional seat is the way to go if you have young kids (4-5), kids really get a great workout as well as the adults. You do have to be mindful on how fast it can go. My 6 year old grandson mastered it in a few hours, the seat is enjoyable for the adults who may have balance issues but still love the adrenaline rush. We are in our 60’s and enjoy it as much as the grandkids. We never had toys like these growing up. Many hours of fun to be had. We are trying to teach our mini pig how to ride it,

My first hooverboard, but honestly its better than I expected. This this is very well balanced a precise to maneuver and control. It is also very powerful with max speed of 12.5mph (at least the max speed setting on the app). It is very fast to accelerate with the sit attachment. I am 200lb and it pulls me well, but its powerful enough to lift the front up with my 50lb daughter on it. The battery life is also very impressive. I did not have a change to fully drain it yet (which you are not supposed to do anyway). I have also tried on gravel and low grass. Uneven surfaces are defiantly harder to keep the balance when used in its native mode (without the attachment). It is very well build quality. I had it for over a month and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered this hoverboard for my 10 yr old for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He's all about speed & I researched different boards for 2 weeks before purchasing this one. It had the best reviews & highest speed compared to other brands. The app is user friendly & my son manages it himself. He can change light colors & if you don't want your child going top speed, you can adjust that in the app also. It rides quietly & smooth. He enjoys the hoverboard & always gets compliments when we stroll through the neighborhood & he's on his board. I highly recommend this brand/board.

This board is well built and solid . Most of it is aluminium and a little bit of plastic covering the wheels. The Bluetooth speakers are great and my 7 y.o loves that he can listen to his favorite music while riding. The only issue we have with this product is the app doesn't work. When you try to set it up it asks you for permission to use your camera,microphone,and make phone calls. When you deny the permission it doesn't allow you to set up the app. I tried it a second time and this time I allowed the permission and they sent me an inactive link through email to complete the setup. It's a bummer that we are unable to use the features that the app enables.

I ordered this for my daughters birthday. NEVER WORKED ONCE. I'm furious I spent a moderate amount of money for my daughter's main birthday gift and now she has NOTHING.DO NOT BUY THIS AS A GIFT. If you do, please plan to test it thoroughly before giving to the recipient.Ever single portion of the experience of this product has been GARBAGE-- kart assembly, poorly translated and missing instructions, DEFECTIVE parts out of the box, poor CHINESE app interface, and app couldn't via Bluetooth.It should have been extremely simple to assemble the go kart but had horrible instructions that made an otherwise simple process (in retrospect) take far too long.The battery charger was DEFECTIVE right out of the box. It is supposed to show an amber/red light when charging and green when charge completed. The charger shows green no matter what state and never charges the hoverboard. The light stays green when plugged in to the hoverboard, when unplugged from the hoverboard, and _no joke_ for an extremely long time after unplugged from both the wall and hoverboard.It requires you to download an App to activate and use the hoverboard. The english in the App is as poor or worse than the instructions. When logging into the app, instead of saying sign in in english, it displays the chinese characters for sign in which took a little while to realize. The App never found the Bluetooth of the Hoverboard which would only stay on when plugged into the wall.The instructions were very clearly written in Chinese and translated to English very poorly. There were steps that were completely missing and others that made no sense. There were parts included which I could figure out how to use with the kart but that were never mentioned in the instructions at all.To give a telling example: the instruction writer does not know the difference between the numbers 3 and 4.How can a company produce a product for an english market with english instructions and not know the difference between the quantity/number 3 and 4. The instructions say to screw in the 3 chair screws... there are very clearly 4 chair, 4 bolts, 4 washer, 4 locations that the chair connects to the kart frame, and 4 screws.

Need to contact the vendor - it shudders when you step on it. Worked great for the first couple of minutes. Tried recalibrating a couple of times. Don very disappointed. Will update when vendor responds. Great customer service-shipping out replacement
