does not work in scaling up to 4K as mentioned
This devie did not work from 720P and 1080P to 4K when connected although mentioned in the product information.The display was samsung 4K 75 inches and the 720P was from HDMI of a video conference device.!!

No service against warranty period
Device gets faulty so no service was provided , no response from manufacturer/seller although the product is in warranty period for 1 yr.
