Great pre workout, no crash after. I always disregard taste for results and for this you’d have to disregard a bit of a strong taste of beets but it’s not horrible nor bad on taste, just a little strong. It’s a great focus! I’m subscribed and I’m staying with this for a very long time.

I needed something to keep me motivated at the gym. I seen a post online saying beet root is a good preworkout. Decided to give it a try. I definitely feel in instant change in my mood and it gives me the motivation I was looking for to spend hours at the gym.

Just got this product and tried for the first time. The taste was way better than I thought it would be. I’ve been taking plain beet power and it’s unpleasant but o well. This was very good on first taste and it depends on the amount of water you use also. And for the people complaining about the container being half empty is absurd, why would you think it would be a full container? Almost nothing comes full to the top now and this is a 30 usage container no need to have it full to the brim.

I have been using this preworkout for years. I have taken it plenty of times on an empty stomach and it never upsets my stomach. I know when it is kicking in when my skin starts to tingle. Taste better cold and tastes just like beets, thankfully I love beets.

Once you get past the initial bad taste from the beets you are left with a Diet Coke after taste. While you are suffering through the aftertaste the bugs come out stinging feeling on your face and neck and crawling feeling on your neck and ears. You will have to add more water to you shaker to get all the undissolved mix out.The positive of this is the surge of energy though short lived.I was using another beet based pre workout but I can’t find it in stock anywhere and Amazon recommend this as a replacement. I’m far from impressed with the recommendation

I took this pre workout drink. It taste good and gives you a good energetic feeling. Not amp up and or jittery like others do. I normally don’t partake in energy drinks but I got this for the circulatory benefits. Being a pre workout drink is a plus.

I use the pre-workout 30 minutes before I go to the gym. I noticed I had more energy and lasted longer during my workouts. What I did notice on my forearms when lifting weights, the veins opened up more and it felt like I had more oxygen flowing through my body and I was able to lift 10lbs more than I usually do. Also, I use it before every pickleball match and it has helped me last longer on the court. The best part is that you don't get the jitters or a crashing affect . Everything normal with more energy, last longer and more oxygen flowing through.

I was excited watching these infomercials on line about the results on blood pressure. I order this product and got it Thursday. Took that Thursday evening before bedtime and didn't monitor my BP. Woke Friday morning, making my cucumber drink and ginger drink and added this product into my drink. That early afternoon my BP has risen significantly so I went and swam 1300M and after 4 p.m. my BP is sky rocketing!!! Later that evening my BP is in the 200's!!!!!!!!! I am glad I had some BP meds and I took one with in a few hours my BP started to drop. I checked at midnight still high but dropping slowly. Saturday morning my BP meds finally kicked in to regulate my BP. I have off the BP meds since June 1st and my BP has been up and down but controlled until I took this product last week and it rasied my BP in the 200's!!!!! Which was scary. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WITH HIGH BP.
