Great Overall Mid Level Guitar
Lightest Ibanez I've ever played. Pickups are better than expected. Position 4 (split bridge) sounds fantastic. smooth and bright at the same time. Right out of the box, just tuned it and played perfect. Finish is satin and neck feels great. Lot's of low end, especially for such a light guitar. Sounds great from Clean Jazz to Metal.LOVE IT!!

I love this guitar. The flamed maple veneer isn't super noticeable, but does show in the right light. The actual color is listed as being grey, however in a lot of the pictures it looks more like a dark green and in most light it looks that way to the eye too. I personally like that as I think the color combination looks great with the mahogany back. The finish is also a very nice open pore on the body, not the usual high gloss. This provides a nice amount of friction against clothing helping keep it in place while playing. The neck is a nice smooth satin finish. The only real flaw with this guitar was a bit of finish from the mahogany got onto the binding, luckily this can be fixed, though it is a bit disappointing.Otherwise it plays like a dream

guitar exceeds quality for this price point
The guitar is extremely playable. Best feature is that it is light (especially important for anyone with back issues). It sounds good. The pick-ups are clear, not muddy, even with high gain. No surprises, everything works, and it needed no adjustments to string height, neck, or anything, right out of the box. The only criticism I have is that it does tend to have more of a shrill tone than I would prefer, but it's not too bad, and can be handled with your preamp settings and so forth. I strongly recommend this as a guitar for anyone with a modest budget. Primary style of music it's made for is metal (and anything in that family).

Super light. Super inspiring. The only downside are the stick pickups, but nonetheless, it sounds pretty decent. Other than that, aesthetically pleasing & feels amazing.

Great sounding guitar but bad workmanship and warranty
Looks great and sounds great especially if you’re into heavy metal but the finish came off after a couple of months.

Intermediate level guitar
The guitar is very easy to use. It comes setup right out of the box. Sounds good plugged into any guitar amp. If you’re looking for an electric guitar for an Intermediate player this one is perfect for you. The only downside I had is that it doesn’t come with a whammy bar.

My experience with this guitar.
The one I got has some high frets. The action at the nut was SKY HIGH. The overall string action came SKY HIGH. I had to put a new nut on it. They factory one looked like the filed it with a steak knife. Extreme string buzz from the 12th fret up due to the high frets. The red stain/paint is all over the white binding in places. The maple top on mine does not look nowhere near as good as the pictures. Was not playable out of the box. String action was so high you could drive a mac truck under it. It needs a fret leveling and crowning straight out of the box. Feels more like a $200 guitar rather than a $430 one. Sam Ash is who I got it from. They were nice and friendly in the messages. They didn't have another one I could exchange it with. The flame maple top looks just OK but not like the pictures. You have to really look hard and turn it in the light to see the flaming. Almost NO flaming on the headstock. I was committed in buying it and decided to keep it and fix it. If I had to buy it again knowing the shape it's in, I would not buy it. It does not feel or play like a $430 guitar at all. It's just OK at best. If it was $200 I'd say "sure!! buy it", but it's not worth what they are charging. You might get lucky and get a perfect one that looks exactly like the pics though. It's just OK and it left me with the feeling of "I paid TOO MUCH for it".
