Incorrect / Misleading Description
I was drawn by the description of this item being made of 'iron'. I was therefore very disappointed to discover that it is only tin!

1.3 Liters was bigger than expected
The product is excellent, while I did not visualize how big 1.3 liters is I don't mind the size at all since it will hold more used oil that i can then reuse, i bought 2 one for oil and one for bacon grease, so far I have only used the bacon grease one. the product comes with a strainer that you can easily remove and clean making it ready for the next use, it has a removable top that allows you to set it aside so it does not get in the way when you pour in your user oil/grease. It also has a plate to sit on so any dribbles are cought and your not cleaning up where you have it stored. excellent product!

Does what it supposed to do but very poor quality item
Very poorly made - paintwork scratched, handle longer than the can so the base does nor fit flush on its saucer and rolled tin edges are uneven in places.

Very useful
I use this to put the oil from my fryer in. It's very useful, the strainer keeps all the rubbish out first , then a place to hold the oil while I clean the fryer.

Handy Kitchen Tool
Definitely a handy gadget, however the handle on the side appears slightly loose. Not sure if this is just a one off fault though.

Works, but lid isn’t sealed enough
Works fine as intended, but the lid doesn’t have a seal which caused a lot of very large flies to get into it

Solid. Good feel to it. Great painted finish on it. One criticism...I wish it was airtight.

As I cook deep fry regularly, It does the job what I needed. Easy to clean and keep nicely.
