These vitamins actually help massively. As someone with poor immune system, who is frequently ill, I have noticed the last month I have not had my usual symptoms and feel more energised during the day. These aren't too sweet but still delicious and easily digestible.

My bestie recommended these, and I’ve been having them for about 6 months or so now and I can honestly tell a difference since I started them. I could tell after a week or so. They are good on the deal price, which is when I tend to order them. They taste great and are a nice texture too. I have rubbish hair so not sure they’re doing anything for that, but I’m of that age when us females need extra vitamins. Third order of these i think. Seem to be working for thicker hair growth and skin seems alot healthier. Not seen results in increased energy. Very easy to take and fruity flavour. Will definitely keep going.

Love these and I keep repurchasing them. Really nice smell of apple and taste of apple too. These give me a good boost throughout the day. I've been taking these a good couple of months now and I recommend them. The texture is like a gummy sweet there is no nasty after taste. It is a screw top lid quite a large round plastic tub perfect to put into your handbag and you receive about a month's worth which is good amount for the money you pay

Misleading product. You're not getting the levels you think you are and it's not optimal for women's health. Product is fine but the vitamin content is so so off. Such a lack of nutrients.
