This includes only 1 hinge
This hinge is very sturdy and worked for me very well. I have a smaller hinge on the bottom of the door that is not very sturdy and this one will keep the other working better than ever. The hinge will work on either a left or right door opening, just pull off the white dust cover and flip it to the other side. No instructions were included with this so I was baffled for a minute until I accidentally dropped it and the dust cover came off. What luck on my part.
