GATSBY Moving Rubber Loose Shuffle Hair Wax

I’ve been purchasing this hair wax for my husband for over 10 years, and he absolutely loves it! He switches between different colors depending on his hair length, and it never disappoints. The quality is consistently great, and it’s his go-to styling product. We hope to keep buying it for years to come—just please don’t raise the price again!

This makes my short hair cut look better without making it sticky or oily. Love it!

Holds very well and always leaves a nice texture on my hair. Is it worth the money? I'd say so, there are other products out there for the same price but don't leave a nice look as this one. Still very pricey though that is the only reason I give it 4 stars.

Moving Rubber is the best hair product I have found. Ever. Especially with my thick hair. Most people use this with thin hair, but I've found this gives a great, remold-able hold with thick hair as well. Loose Shuffle doesn't hold as tightly as other Moving Rubber types, but it gives a long lasting light hold for people who don't like their hair to feel like it's been cemented together. If you want a slightly harder hold without being super "crunchy" or have the plastic ken doll hair look, I recommend the Wild Shake (purple) or Spikey Edge (red) Moving Rubber types as well. I use all of them depending on the hold I want. Plus, they smell amazing! I wish they still made the yellow Nuance Motion one. That was the perfect hold :(

I've been using this product for about a month now, and I really like it. I have mostly straight, slightly wavy hair, and I usually go for a messy, piecey bedhead look. I have a hard time getting as much separation as I like, and this product is probably the best I've tried in that regard. It has a very strong but pliable hold. If you use too much, it's horrible, so the key (at least for my long, relatively fine hair) is to use it sparingly and build up slowly. I typically air dry my hair overnight. In the morning, I dip a fingertip into the product, which is a sticky, somewhat drippy cream, and I distribute it over my fingers. Then, I turn my head upside down and use my fingertips to press the product into my hair all over at random, moving from the roots to the ends and grabbing the ends when I get there to ensure adequate separation. I repeat this process until I've distributed the product throughout my hair. It usually takes three to four fingertips worth of product. The major downside, now that I've figured out how much product to use and how to apply it, is that it's really hard to wash out. I have to use an oil to break it up before shampooing. But it's worth it, because the look it gives is exceptional.

This product is honestly the best thing ever

My hairdresser used to use this on my hair for a messy look & she gave me one. Of course they discontinued the one she gave me (yellow jar) so I’m trying to find one that is similar. Mine is a wax. This one is not. This one doesn’t seem to do anything.

Really good for initial hold and styling but doesn’t hold for the whole day. I would use some hair spray for a better hold throughout the day. But I really like the product
