Be very wary of this firm .
I ordered a Philips phone . It came on time . I opened the box it had a continental two pin plug didn’t fit BT cable .i emailed and they said to get a converter lead . Fine .i then found that the “set up “ instructions were in5 languages but not English! I contacted them again asking for instruction leaflet in English only to be told that it wasn’t their policy to send instructions out. I’m afraid I can’t read Greek .They said to send it back in pristine condition but I had already tried to adapt it .I am stuck with a phone I cannot use or send back . Nowhere in their ad. does it say it’s for continental use only.
