I’ve been using the Samsung top load washing machine for a few weeks and I’m really impressed. It cleans clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and has a sleek design. The controls are easy to use and the large capacity is perfect for big loads. Definitely a great addition to my home!

My friend and I (both bachelors) stay in a flat, so we decided to buy a washing machine. We chose this brand because I had a good experience using a Samsung washing machine at home. This machine washes clothes well and offers various features like Delicate Wash, Soak and Wash, Quick Wash, etc.However, there are some issues with the detergent and fabric conditioner tray. When we pour liquid detergent into the tray, it immediately falls onto the clothes, which might cause discoloration. Also, we have to wait until the rinse cycle to add fabric conditioner into its chamber—so in this regard, it’s not fully automatic. If you add the conditioner before starting the machine, it goes to waste.Although the machine is easy to install, only their technician is allowed to do it, or else the warranty becomes invalid. Unfortunately, even though we live in a metropolitan city (Hyderabad), their technician took three days to complete the installation.

For a small family of 3 to 4 this is the perfect washing machine. On top of that Samsung has a vast service network.

Good product compact design and body is aturdy

Trouble free, convenient washer. See through top window to view progress. Pause and add clothes. Good features, noiseless. Except that, was unable to balance the legs using inbuilt screw. Had to push a thin slice of wood beneath one front leg to remove machine wobble during spin.

Despite numerous attempts, I rarely reach anyone on the phone, and on the rare occasion I call from a different number, the line is disconnected, leaving me feeling completely ignored.Is this really the customer experience Samsung stands for—a lack of support for those who chose your brand? I hope not, as this experience has fallen far below the standards I expected from Samsung.History of Washing MachineAfter delivery from Amazon, a Samsung technician came to unpack and install the washing machine. During the trial wash, the machine produced an unusual noise. The technician inspected it and confirmed that some parts were broken and would need replacement.Given this, I decided to halt the repair and requested Amazon to arrange a return. To my surprise, Samsung service team refused to uninstall the machine and demanded an additional charge. When I declined, they stopped communicating entirely, leaving my calls to both the service team and your toll-free number unanswered. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning Samsung’s commitment to customer satisfaction.Now, Amazon has canceled my return request, saying that since the machine is installed, Samsung must handle the issue, as it appears to be a manufacturing fault. They advised me to seek repairs directly from Samsung, but I have not been able to secure any assistance from your repair team, leaving me with a faulty, unusable machine in my home.What I am doing now : (Future) New request 4404321571To finally resolve the ongoing issues with my washing machine, I decided to proceed with repairs and have created a service request: 4404321571. I am currently waiting for your service team, who I understand may be a third-party provider authorized by Samsung, to reach out and initiate the repair.Based on my prior experience with this team, my expectations for their cooperation are quite low, as they have been unresponsive in the past and might delay or misrepresent updates in your system.
