My old laptop was very slow to load and had a poor keyboard. The Lenovo has a solid state hard-drive and is very much quicker and responsive. Four months after purchase, it is working well and I haven't experienced any negative points. I use it mainly for emails and browsing; for these tasks it is ideal and inexpensive.

I can't overstate how good the customer services were fit this product. First delivery didn't boot up at all. Contacted Lenovo direct under instruction from seller, fantastic customer service and code issued. Contacted seller, again fantastic customer service, even organising DPD pick up for return. New laptop sent out, working without a problem. Brilliant! Laptop is quick, plenty of storage. Bought for my daughter who's going to uni, she's very happy!

This laptop is exactly what i was looking for! I need it mostly for some online courses, research on Internet and use of Word. It is very fast! It opens in seconds! It is silent! The screen quality is very good!!! There is a lot of space to Store photos, video, documents etc and still the laptop doesn't run slow! Also, for example, when I open lots of tabs on Internet and in the same time working on 2 Word files, the laptop still runs so fast.Battery life is very good. I can work for hours without needing to charge. Very good! Good price for quality! I searched a lot before i buy it and it worths the money! I am very happy I bought this laptop!

Some of the keys are not working properly! But it's fine for the price

I’m definitely not good with computers but I managed to add my emails and add my programs, I removed the internet security it came with and installed Mcafee very easily, had no problems so far it’s very quick and does exactly what I need it to do

Purchased this for my wife. Initially, I was looking at a lower spec as she only uses it for surfing the net and email. However, after viewing the spec of the cheaper ones we decided to go for this one and it was a wise decision. There's hardly any crapware on it apart from an MS Office trial so you don't keep getting nag screens. I immediately uninstalled MS Office and then set the laptop up with my wife's gmail account and other stuff she wanted - family photos etc I transferred from a back-up flash drive.

Lag issue is there.

Argh, this isn't a great laptop.This will only be helpful to someone who, like me, knows almost nothing about computery things. I can't speak to specs or hertz or thingummies - all I can tell you are the issues in the language of a 4 year old.The problem is the laptop is slow, and every now and then it freezes completely. We haven't put lots of stuff on the laptop, so it's not a memory or space thing. We simply use it for answering work emails and browsing the internet. We haven't put Photoshop or any memory-hungry programs on there so, honestly, there's no excuse for it.The lag is inexcusable, too. If you're typing, it can take a second or two for the letters to appear on the screen, and it's immensely frustrating.Lenovo is a good brand (I think? It definitely used to be) but this laptop really isn't that great. We bought it as a secondary work laptop so we can put up with it being a bit crap, but if you need a laptop to work hard for you, this really isn't the one. It struggles slightly with very few demands being put on it.The battery life isn't great, either. Fully charged, it'll last about 4 hours.The more I write about it the worse it seems, actually! This laptop is fine if you don't need to use it a lot and you're a patient person. If you need a workhorse and you need it quickly, I would absolutely recommend choosing something else.
