Great quality apart from the two zip toggles. They both broke off in the first week of use. But still fully functional and happy with it apart from that.

Bought this for my grandson, but even before he had time to remove the tags, the stitching separated on the strap. Having read the two reviews on the product, one of them had experienced exactly the same issue.The company had no hesitation in refunding the purchase, though I had requested they replace it instead. On further consideration I am very reticent to replace it, even though my grandson is potty about Minecraft and was very excited when he opened the parcel. If this is the official merchandise, it is not the quality I was expecting and I will try to discover if it is actually genuine, before committing to repurchase.Update: Bought another, it has the same issue as before. The 'zip tags' are badly stitched and I suspect all the stitching may be inadequate. However, my grandson is Minecraft 'mad' and he was excitedly awaiting a replacement. It is a very unfortunate disappointment, though my wife has now stitched the tags so that they should last longer. Hopefully, another fad will arise soon, before the item degrades further.Conclusion: Poorly manufactured product.
