Skratch Labs Hydration Powder and Recovery Drink Mix Gift Pack Bundle, Lemon Lime Sports Drink and Chocolate Post Workout Carbohydrate Supplement

I did a Strava Challenge sponsored by Skratch. They gave me a pretty nice discount for completing the challenge, so I tried some drink mix and energy gummies. I'm VERY picky and don't easily adopt funny or new flavors, so I was worried, but the lemon-lime is pretty good. The chocolate recovery drink is pretty decent too.Last summer, I completed "Judgement Day" -- a 70 mile challenge in the middle of the Texas summer. You have to ride 10 trails within 24 hours -- for me that meant 10+ hours on the bike, and 4 hours of driving between them. It was 109 degrees by 11am. I trained by doing a short ride every day at noon in full heat, then a longer ride after work. Each time I'd rehydrate with a bottle of Skratch and then recover with the recovery drink.During the challenge, I drank one of each after every trail. (I also did some salt tablets, snacks, etc.). Many people bonk (get cramps) and don't finish, but I completed the challenge without any complications. Part of the credit goes to staying hydrated and keeping my electrolytes up with this formula.I don't like to ride with anything but plain water, but I have a bottle before and after a long ride and this seems to serve me well.
