Wow, this is really another great Eaglemoss replica from the 1978/1979 original television series Battlestar Galactica. Practically film quality in appearance. A lot of detail has gone into manufacturing this "Colonial Viper (Mark I)" as well as the other Battlestar Galactica replicas. This is a beautiful and accurate replica of the "Colonial Viper (Mark I)". It has a realistic weathered appearance and tinted cockpit windows! I always thought that this was one of the coolest looking spaceship fighters of any science fiction series. The Colonial Viper (Mark I) has some physical weight to it and is made of high quality diecast and plastic materials. This is perhaps the "BEST REPLICA" of the TOS Colonial Viper that I have ever seen. Looks even better in person as pictures do not do it justice. As other comments have mentioned this is a large replica. This looks great with the Cylon Raider and makes a nice conversation piece as well. Hope this helps you.PLEASE NOTE:I hope that Eaglemoss also comes out with the original television series 1978/1979 Battlestar Pegasus from "The Living Legend" episode, Cylon Tanker, Galactica Shuttle, Imperious Leader figure, Muffit II daggit figure, and Ovion Warrior figure. The Battlestar Pegasus had more tiles on her landing bays then the Battlestar Galactica if you watch the "Living Legend" episode. I am guessing that the additional tiles were probably due to various battle damage repairs. The TOS Galactica and Pegaus Battlestars would look great together!

Very close no it looks like the viper ! Just not to real size, that I use to watch on TV back in late 70"s to the 80"s giving my age away 😂. Very well made, lots of detail and it feels heavy in my hand and well made one half diecast the rest high quality plastic. The stand is substantial, and locks into the model body of the model "so it won't drop off "😳 , the upper part of the stand is clear plastic "it's strong" the lower part of the stand "black and waighted" so will act as a counterweight to the model which will help with displaying it. There's a booklet that gives you a story of how the viper was created and why, and also it covers the technical side of the viper controls and systems. Overall a very good buy not recommended for any one under 14 years, definitely a collectable, it's something that you would buy for your daddy or older brother or uncle or nephew or older sister or even your mom 🤔. Dislikes none yet but will be back to write up if I find one 👍🏾🙋🏽‍♂️.
