Very useful for winged liner

It is not Smudge Proof! But nice colour
The product is nice with the packaging and the ease of application. But if you sweat, the product smudges on your eyelid and you become a racoon. Also, the blue is on the darker side like navy instead or bright like royal blue.Buy at your own risk.
