Works great!
My husband uses these over his trach when he mows and helps tremendously to keep the dust out.

They are nice and work well
but the ties are for very small necks and I had to add to the ties and wasn’t able to use the clips

This was for my husband to cover up his trach as we left house. It was sooo tiny couldn’t be tucked into shirt and hard to hook in back.

These are ok. They don't fit me well though. You can only adjust them so far. Gotta hope it fits within that range.
