High quality, good looking hand shower
About half the fixtures in my house are by Hansgrohe and they have all served me well. This looks and feels like the quality I have come to expect. It is well made and functions flawlessly. The finish is also beautiful.Installation for me was easy because I was replacing a similar product. It may be something you want to hire a plumber for depending on your situation.In the end, you won't be disappointed with the quality.

This is a trusted quality brand. Packaged with everything needed and clear instructions. Very lightweight which is nice when handling a shower head. I have dropped heavy hand held shower heads before and either hit my body or hit the wall. Lighter is definitely better in my opinion.

Go with Kohler
Got talked into buying this low quality product. After 3 months, with minimal use, the area between the hose and the head is spraying water. To the products defense, the hose is a bit short and probably it was pulled a few times. However, it still was not good quality when I took it out of the box.Now I need to buy a new set and have someone install it.

Really nice shower head
We picked this up when remodeling our bathroom and wanted a new look and style for our bathroom shower. Looks really nice, doesn’t leak, and pretty easy to install.

It is a decent shower system but looks and feels cheapish.
We got this for a guest bathroom.It arrives in a box, ready to install.It is not made as good as it looks in the images.It works well.It was easy to install.The issue is that some of it is plastic with a metal looking paint on it.It does work well though. We would probably not buy it again but it is still a decent shower set.

Not What I Expected...
Grohe has been around for a long time and back when I was working in the plumbing trade was known for being a high end product maker. I was a bit surprised when I got this shower set. It is not very robust. I did decide to use it, but I am not impressed at all with the quality. It is clearly not loaded with metal or durable parts like I expected. The flex is cheap. The plastic fittings are cheap and brittle. It does work, but I am affraid that it won't last. There are certainly better quality units for the price out there. I hope this lasts me a few years. Either way, I don't think I'd buy from this company again. Which is a shame...
