Quality is not good
Within 6 months condition of tube. Gear also not working well. No good support from firefox.

Ok cycle for beginners
My first cycle was replaced as the front wheel was bent. Amazon was good in that. Firefox CS not to the mark. Numbers doesn't connect , late response.The finishing of this cycle is not to the standards. Not sure why firefox compromised quality for affordability. instructions manual is not for disc break or this bike related, it's generic.In proper/ wrinkle stickering.The black paints comes with a simple scratch.Seat is not comfortable.The first cycle gear shift was smooth, this one makes noise between shifts.Rs990 mudguard is not compatible with this cycleFront suspension is not smooth, not sure if it will get better in time.Overall :Its a decent cycle at high price. Quality not upto the expectation of the brand. Customer care needs to better

FIREFOX BICYCLES-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Don't buy Firefox online, bad customer service and don't have seriousness on resolving customer issues. Firefox is worst in customer service that I have seen. Dealer refusing to install bikes that were bought online.
