I have a friend with Alzheimer's (she's only 58, so sad). I heard that Lion's Mane was beneficial for cognitive and brain health. I told her about it and she was so hopeful that something might make a difference for her. I decided to get some and try it first to see if i could notice any difference. It's too soon to know but I'm very hopeful.I researched several sellers and found XPRS's product to be the best quality and the best value for the money.I put a 1/2 tsp (1000mg) in my coffee daily. The flavor of the powder is a little bitter but not so bad in the coffee. You do have to stir to keep it mixed in as it tends to settle. It doesn't totally dissolve but i don't find that problematic. I just make a smaller cup first with it and finish it, then a second cup with no powder.I will post at about the 30-day point and let you know how it's going. I'm so hopeful that it will show some real improvement and then I'll make capsules for my friend to take.I pray for the power of the powder!

I have had low energy/brain fog and depression for many years now. I tried this stuff for the first time yesterday morning after work and here's what happened. I took it with some water and waited, I decided to get some sleep and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't..but here's the thing though. I felt something changing in my brain and it honestly felt like a computer installing something. When the feeling stopped, I fell asleep. I woke up and I felt a little different, definitely not as groggy. Then I noticed myself doing things I sometimes didn't have the energy for like cleaning the kitchen thoroughly. I have consistently used the product everyday for almost 2 months. As far as health effects go, I have not noticed any changes. I will say I am very happy that the powder does not add any flavor to my coffee or juice. It does get clumpy and has a hard time mixing in, but since there is no taste, drinking the small clumps hasnt been a problem for me.The product lasts a good amount if time, as stated above I am almost at 2 months and still have half a bag.Knowing that Lion's Mane is extremely good for the body, I will be ordering again even if I don't notice the benefits.

I I had heard Lions mane was good for focus and memory retention. I decide to try it since I was becoming frustrated leaving one room to go get something from another room and not remembering what it was. I went to get. I can tell my memory is getting better. I think I’m gonna stick with this.

I’m 67 years old and had brain farts , I called marijuana memory . I would be telling a story and completely lose my train of thought. I know it takes a little bit to start working this is just week 1 so we'll see I think the capsules might be a better fit though for me I don't like the taste it has a little bit of an earthy taste to it
