It keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting. Not reliable. Invest in a better quality product or just get a 10m Type-C to Type-C cable which is what I’m currently looking for as I return this product.

Ended up having to use these to diagnose a couple of different bad usb adapters - in the process ended up verifying these cables passed data at their rated speed--very thankful - these are recommended.Unfortunately this is becoming all too rare for these kinds of connectors and amazon becoming a dumping ground for a lot of poor quality products of this type. I will definitely see if this company has other connectors I need in the future.

Using it for a usb c wireless mic receiver for better recption, away from the birds-nest of cables, comming from the notebook.

Didn't overpromise. Works as described. I liked that they already mentioned the limitations. I am using it with a hub to connect two monitors, there was an infrequent flicker(like once an hour) so I removed the mouse dongle from the hub to see if reducing a device helps and it has been working perfectly after that no flickering.
