Cod Liver in Natural Oil | 115g tinned with Oil | 100% Natural from Wild Cod x12

I'd been meaning to get some cod liver ever since I saw Dr Berg mention it a couple years back. I saw the reviews here and decided to order. Vitamin A is crucial for eye health and this is why I ordered them, as they're packed full of Vitamin A and D. We all know that D is excellent for our health. I didn't know what to expect taste-wise but they're so good! I was thinking perhaps it would be a strong fishy flavour but it's anything but. The livers are tender and mildly flavoured, they taste luxurious and they come in the liver oil, plenty of it. I made sure not to waste a drop. I had them with ryvita and made sure every drop of oil was absorbed. I've bought some gorgeous sourdough to have with them now. I will have them twice a week and will see how it goes. I slept so much better the night after I had them the first time. I think I must have been in great need of the Vitamin D. I always want a stock of these from now on.

I am not going to miss a chance to review this amazing product. I just love cod liver on bread with some lemon and this one is excellent quality. Thank you so much 😊

Absolutely love these. It's got a consistency of butter. Has a really mild taste. The oil is mild in flavour. Also the only problem is the last couple of times I've had these more than a few of the tins have been half empty more oil than liver. Not sure why this is. Maybe they're not keeping an eye on their manufacturing but recommend still healthy addition love spreading on toast or crackers or eating directly out the tin 😂

absolutely love this , mild fish taste almost tuna like , an absolute bargain , when buying 12 ,as 1 tin on ebay Is about £10 . lots of oil inside the tin , cost me £34 but price fluctuates ,i eat lots of wholefoods and lentils , organic fruits and vegetables , i grow broccoli/calabrese sprouts in jars ,this lovely cod liver is a great addition to my diet , thanks amazon and seller ....

Good quality product! Tbh, cod liver doesn’t taste great and not keen on the texture. However, I’m satisfied whenever I eat it knowing that its wild caught, so beneficial to my health.. Definitely worth purchasing in bulk as its better value for money Would highly recommend it!

I can only echo the comments from other 5 star reviews. I was unsure if I'd like this but after watching Dr Berg I gave it a go. It really is creamy and it really is delicious with only a mild taste of fish. I now have it on subscription.

I just use it for sandwiches and salads. A good source of Omega3. I bought it on the recommendation of a friend as one of the important products for women. The taste is good, the amount is enough for one meal.I will recommend

I've search high and low where to get real cod liver and finally found these. Real good quality with plenty of cod oil in the tin. A bit of an acquired taste, but I suppose I'll get used to it.A bit pricey, but take into account your getting Omega 3, Vitamins A and D all in one. Real quality buy with confidence.
