I love this small easy to swallow, no aftertaste . I use them to help with joints ( as I run a lot and I am nearly 50), skin and general health .

I am not easily convinced that things like this work...but I have to say I think my hair is a bit fuller and my skin a little less wrinkled around my eyes since I've been using this...I've done about 5 on this months now and I can see some minor results. However, I would also say don't expect miracles. I'm 56, so I don't expect my skin and hair to look like it did 20 years ago but it is visibly better than it was.

I am on my second bottle, having tried various other brands. I believe this to be helping my skin so will keep at it along with using rose water spray in the morning (not washing face) then serum, moisturiser and spf 50 every day. Double cleanse at night. My skin is quite good (I’d say) and I think it owes to all this and the 5+ pints of water I drink everyday:)

I like this alot ot 2 about 2 months to notice a difference in my skin. Love this

Can't say I noticed any difference to my skin and bones. I think next time I will buy one in powder form

Arrived on time, well packaged. Didn't notice a difference until about 3 weeks of taking one a day, and was a little sceptical at first. I went for this mid-priced option after reading positive reviews, plus the higher collagen content along with the other ingredients.My skin has slowly began to look much better, with a glow to it, less blackheads and open pores. Whether the wrinkles around my eyes diminish with more time remains to be seen. However a few people have recently commented I don't look my age!

Tried a few different collagen suppliments started with a liquid then it was unavailable which was a pity as had good results, found it again on ebay but didn't seem the same so tried these and so far am seeing some results. Please note results may vary from person to person and time scales. It's what you find to suit yourself.
