Very nice with easy cap to fill water and its very useful for muscle pains and in the winters season to keep muscles blood flow from warm hot bag.

While I appreciate the affordable price, and the fabric material used unlike the rubber hotbags. The product leaked on day one which was messy. Would not recommend to use it as an ice pack once it defreezes, go with the gel pack alternative. But the bag itself holds alot of hot water and does the job fairly well with heat application to any body area. Not bad, buy not the best. Thanks amazon for helping me alleviate my pain within a day of order.Day 2 it's leaking alot so I had to tie it up with a pillow cover because I needed it badly. Changing my rating to one star because the whole thing leaked out and spoiled my bed and it is non refundable so I am definitely never trusting this ever again. Money loss for science, better than getting short circuit electrocuted by ane electrical gel one I suppose

Extremely effective, retains temparature well during both hot and cold compresses. Though it does not really leak, the outer surface does face condensation when ice or cold water is used, causing water bead formation on the outer surface, making it a bit wet. It is quite easy to use and flexible, easing application on affected areas. There is no gel content and hence there is no tension about any kind of chemical leaking from it.

Quality wise good but size is big..no exchange option to take different size

I bought the small size, and I find it is ideal and great. Every home should have one. We normally rush to doctor or for medicine, but small issues need this first. Amazon proved again with its range of inventories, reasonable prize and excellent delivery.
