I ordered 3 of these for my busy office and we all love them. We used standard Swingline staplers for many decades and got used to staple jambs, bent staples, misfires etc. I thought it just went with the territory. Now, after 4 months of daily use,I have yet to see a staple jamb. The One Touch requires less force than a standard stapler.This is my guess regarding people who don't like the stapler. There is a different feel to the process of pushing down the stapler because the top handle uses leverage to press down the staple. During the pressing there is an initial inch of motion that requires almost no effort. That is followed by half an inch of light pressure required to do the actual stapling. I suppose the larger motion required and the feeling of pressing the stapler confuses the die-hard traditional stapler enthusiast. Don't let this worry you. It's clearly a superior stapler. I'll never buy a traditional stapler again.

The stapler is just what I wanted and needed!

I did not find anything I dislike about it. It has done everything as advertised.

For the nerd who loves any and all school/office supplies. This is the best stapler i have ever owned. Mini kn sl pressure needed to use and staples a decent amount of pages.

This is the third time I've purchased the stapler. I have one at home, and one in each of my classrooms at school. Everybody always steals the stapler, because it's so much easier to use than any of the traditional ones. Buy it!

It takes very little effort to push stapler down. Would be an excellent stapler for someone with disabilities, arthritis or a senior - I am not any of those and I like it as well!
