Ok,so this supplement actually works. For some it takes time. For my wife and I it was within a few hours after taking it. It keeps you going and the fact that it's organic it's a plus. My wife usually takes naps at noon after doing her morning routine, dropping off kids to school and cleaning. She was up and going all day, she was surprised that she did't have the need to take a nap. As for me, I work behind a desk in my office and usually take power naps. But these pills helped me be active and productive.i will buy more.

This supplement does the trick and it's a great addition to anybodies stress free relief arsenal. I find it to be a great help on those days where you may over do the coffee or just need to be a little more level headed for very taxing work. It has also been for my sleep.

Started taking a month ago and it has helped me rest better

Pills are very large and it's hard to ignore the terrible taste. Your supposed to take 3 of these at a time....I can't do it. Been having one per day since I paid the money. I haven't gotten any benefits from this. Again....I'm not taking recommended dose bc it's pretty gross. Again see my first sentence.
