Excellent sturdy bed
Had purchased this bed back in December 2023, although got it installed only in February 2024. Amazon was kind enough to let me reschedule the free installation appointment multiple times. Coming to the installation, the technician visited as per the schedule and installed it very quickly.Coming to the bed itself, the design is simple and elegant. The bed frame is strong, no creaking sounds or anything. You can easily feel the sturdiness of the bed. And its pretty heavy, need to make some effort to move the bed.The bottom support is decent plywood (10-12 mm thickness, I think). Overall for the 18k (post discounts) I paid, I found it pretty good.Even though the wood used would be acacia (not an expert, so hard to say), there are joints on the outer frame, it is done in a good manner, but just pointing out that it isn't a single piece of wood for each side. It didn't come with a floor protector bush for the legs, I am planning to install one otherwise can damage the floor if moved.May 2024 - Update - So towards late April, I started noticing creaking sounds when using the bed, and the head board appeared loose. I reached out to support [@] nilkamalsleep.com, and they were very prompt to arrange a technician visit free of cost. Within the next day or so, a team of two arrived and quickly fixed the issue. It was an issue where the bolt holding the headboard had become loose. They said on one side the bolt was pretty loose, so he suspected it was not tightened enough during installation which could have made everything loose due to the movement.The technicians showed the bolts which could potentially become a bit loose in the future, and asked me to just tighten it by hand with the supplied spanner.Overall, a very positive experience with Nilkamal support.

This is too pricey for what we get
Issues:- Assembly got rescheduled multiple times and finally got cancelled after 3 weeks.- 2 holes were missing and had to drill them myself when doing the assembly

Solid wood bed at this price point is well worth the money spent
After using this bed for almost a full month now, finally writing the review.We were initially skeptical of ordering such a product online but after observing the prices in the market for solid beds (online and offline), we finalized this bed, King size.The good stuff about the bed:1. Sturdy2. Made of solid wood, less number of joints.3. The nuts and screws provided with the bed are of really good quality and are tough.4. It does not attract dust! The maintenance is minimal.5. It is simple, elegant and beautiful.6. The assembly was immediately done after delivery and took 10 mins or so.One thing I want buyers to note is to wipe the bed with a damp cloth before first use. The polish or whatever substance is there, will otherwise stick to your mattress. Our white mattress caught red marks as we slid it onto the bed.Also, air the bed for a couple of days after assembly, to get rid of the new wood smell.All in all, a satisfying purchase. I would recommend.

Best Product and recommended
I am writing this review after using the product for 1 month. I got the king size bed. The quality of bed is too good. It's sturdy and doesn't shakes. The bed looks elegant. The height of the best is just perfect for me.The finish and the quality of the bed is good and matches exactly as shown in the product imageDefinitely a recommendation product, go for it
