Do not buy it. Useless product.
Don't buy this product. Even though you keep it in freezer for 5 hours it won't get cold and you can not use it for any injuries. I tried it for my shoulder and neck pain. It is useless.

It works well. I used it for a week
I have used it for a week now and almost every day and definitely more than two times. I read the reviews and made sure not to keep it in the freezer for more than 3-5 mins and mostly I keep it in the fridge. I get to use it for 15 minutes before it reaches an almost room temperature in a non AC room.Packing is good. No tear so far. The gel inside moves well.Only tried it as a cold pack. Did not microwave it yet.All in all it works well enough for me.It's convenient and good enough size to place it near the area I need.The pack used is not irritating to my skin and is comfortable. Was able to fold it a little to apply to the side of my foot.Not too heavy either.As long as you don't put it in the freezer for too long I think the gel pack will be ok to use.I put it in the outer cover and then place it in my fridge.
