I have used this product for nearly 15 years for many many skin injuries, both light and very heavy. I have never had an injury get infected or scar heavily. It has kept me from having to go to CentraCare or the ER to deal with minor to moderate surface injuries. I use this stuff after I have cleaned the wound and before I seal it up with a nice big bandage. It is really dark and it makes everything look really strange and it keeps out all of the horrible things that cause wounds to become infected.Also, I get strange, unpredictable sinus infections. I can feel them coming on but there's nothing that I can do. If I use this stuff in my sinuses it keeps the bacteria from taking over and causing me a two-week sinus infection. When I can tell a sinus infection is coming on, I do it once a day for 2 or 3 days and all is right with the world. What used to be debilitating is now very very easily dealt with.This silver won't do your math homework and it won't pay your car payment and it won't take the dog to the vet for you but it might clear up that pesky sinus infection or it might be the best thing to put on a wound that is going to see a lot of action because of your job.There are no silver bullets for anything (ha!) But there are things that will take a lot of the suck out of day-to-day bacterial infections. This makes the things that I normally deal with suck way way less. It won't fix my broken leg but it will fix my starting sinus infection.I really do love this silver so very much. It has saved me from so many terrible situations. I've bought it for 15 years because it works. That's the bottom line. I'm going to keep buying it. It really has made a difference in my life.Thanks for reading my review. :-)

A must have for your immune system. No taste and easy to take day or night.

I've been adding colloidal silver to my cats water fountain for years to prevent the growth of nasty biofilm due to the antimicrobial properties it has. Without colloidal silver, the biofilm forms within a few days and with colloidal silver it basically never forms at all. I recently tried switching to this product due to the higher concentration and it basically does nothing to stop biofilm growth. I started using it 4 days ago and the biofilm is already starting to form. I don't know if it's a bad batch or just a bad product in general but it's efficacy is non existent compared to other brands. I will not be purchasing again.

have not felt any change. not sure if its real. Dont like that it contains milk protien
