Easy on the Kneesies
Matches perfectly with my nonslip Iuga yoga mat and provides the perfect amount of cushion for modified planks and back bends. Itâs not as wide as the mat, but it doesnât need to be since Iâm only using it for my knees. I love that it fits easily into my gym tote.

Overall good padding
Overall, this provides good padding for the knees. I like it better than the kind with individual knee pads. But the material is already getting pitted and Iâm not sure if itâll last a long time.

I have a "dippy" bathtub, and this mat straightens out the middle, where the dip is. I put my bath mat over the yoga mat, and it's perfect.
