Good replacement for 632631 as well.
My dad gave me his old Troy Bilt 47279 Chipper Vac that was 20+ years old. Got new blade, spark plug, fuel line, oil change, and air filter and it wouldn't start. Quickly diagnosed gunky carburetor. Engine is Tecumseh H50-65582-U, which uses a 632631 carb. OEM models are hard to find and very expensive. Considered a rebuild but didn't like the uncertainty of getting all the needle valves back in the right spot. I searched for interchangeable carbs and the 632230 showed up as compatible.This carb cost me less than a rebuild kit for the original one (and I didn't have to do the work). It came with two engine side gaskets but no air cleaner side gasket, so you will want to reuse the old one or buy a new one separately. The carb fit perfectly. The only downside (as others have mentioned) is that the choke lever shape is different than the original, but its not difficult to reach and you only need to access it during startup anyways.First pull, full choke... a sputter. Second pull, choke off - fired right up! I am guessing that the carb was tuned at the factory or else it was a happy coincidence because it went right to speed and ran well at full throttle, and settled in at a comfortable idle.I am very happy with this purchase.

Perfect replacement for the carb on my Tecumseh engine.
Perfect (exact) replacement for the carb on my Tecumseh engine. Log splitter runs great now. Note that the new carb comes with a gasket. With the old carb I had to run with the choke partially closed. Had tried cleaning the old one several times but that didn't help. At this price I will order a spare.

Works well with H60 Tecumseh
Always good to have a spare carburetor on hand, this replaced my original 70’s Troybilt Horse tiller which was filthy and I didnt feel like messing around especially when they are dirt cheap. I had to adjust the screw which is the fuel supply/mixture. The horse is running like a champ after I dumped the crud out of the gas tank

Thirty year old chipper shredder that would not run. Changed points and condenser, still ran lousy. Added this new carburetor and wow what a difference! It runs like new. I couldn't buy a gasket set for the price of this new carburetor. Good deal.
