I’ve now bought these insoles 10 times, and that alone should tell you how impressed I am. I suffer from foot pain and issues related to fallen arches and mild plantar fasciitis. These insoles have been a total game-changer - so much so that I’ve started putting a pair in every new pair of shoes I own.They provide excellent arch support, help keep my feet aligned, and noticeably reduce fatigue in my knees and lower back, especially when I'm on my feet all day. The cushioning is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into all types of shoes - from trainers to work shoes.For the price, the quality is outstanding. If you struggle with foot pain, over-pronation, or just want a bit more comfort in your step, I can’t recommend these enough. I genuinely don’t buy shoes without ordering another pair of these to go with them!

Have been using these a couple of weeks now so I feel I can write an honest review. When I first inserted them, I nearly gave up within 5 minutes as they take some adjusting when walking. I persevered and have used them in all my trainers the last couple of weeks. They give great support, my feet are a lot more supported and comfortable when walking and I highly recommend them. Great cost as well.

I was recommended a more expensive brand by my physiotherapist due to pain being caused in my back, hip and leg when walking, as she said I have flatter arches in my feet than some people and this was causing hard work in walking, and causing the problems higher up (a remarkable amount of ache and pain in one side of my back hip and leg for such a small ailment LOL).I'll be honest, I couldn't afford to buy the more expensive ones if they turned out not to work, so I thought I'd give these cheaper ones a try.At first, I wasn't sure if they were doing much good. They took some getting used to, and I could feel them after a while pressing up into the arch of my foot. The second day, my feet were tender from having worn them. However, I took my physio's advice in only wearing them 1-2 hours to start, and then phasing it up.After a while of that, you don't even notice you have them there anymore, they just become normal and don't ache or hurt at all. I figured they were doing some good, but wasn't sure how much as I was also having physio at the same time, so I wasn't sure what to attribute to the physio and what to attribute to these.However, one weekend when trying out a new pair of shoes that didn't have these in....I was in agony that night and they day after in my hip and leg, just how I used to be after walking for a while before buying these/before my physio. That made me realise these were doing a lot more good than I'd given them credit for. So I bought another set for the new shoes too and now they're okay.I took the one star off because they are definitely a flimsier material. They'll be fine for a while, but as my physio also said when she looked at them, they're fine for now but I'll need to keep an eye out for the foam breaking down, at which point they'll need replacing to keep doing what they're meant to do. But I don't mind that for the price.

These inserts are fantastic. The best I have found at this price. From the first time used felt better than many others that I have tried. So impressed I have just ordered two more pairs.

I had to cut this down to about half the size. It made the toe part of the shoes far too tight. Having cut them down to half size....ie leaving heel and instep it's quite comfortable. Probably would have done better to buy a shorter alternative but, having cut it to my shoe size, I couldn't return it.🙄

Bought these insoles after reading the reviews to try and help my PF in left foot. I ordered the small as I am a size 39 (6) and had to trim a small amount off the toes. They fit well into my trainers and slippers. They felt a bit strange on the first day and after wearing for about 8 hours I had to take my shoes off for about an hour. I persevered and after 3 days I can honestly say the pain in my foot is almost gone. Wish I had tried earlier as struggling to walk for 3-4 weeks has now affected my back on the opposite side. I will be ordering more so that I don’t have to keep taking them out as not sure how long they will last otherwise. Would definitely recommend if you are suffering foot pain.
