This product will repel animals away from the base of the plants, but will not affect animals chewing directly on foliage without touching the treated area.

Q: Will it deter raccoons and possums that dig in my deck planters?

This product has been tested to repel raccoons, however, we do not recommend it for possums. This product is a conditioning agent that will take a few days or weeks for the animal to learn to stay away.

Q: Can I use it on lawn that's regularly served by a sprinkler system?

I'd read the label. Regular lawn irrigation likely dilutes its potency. It could work but may need to be applied more frequently than the label recommends in sprinkler locations.
