Worth every penny
Although this tube off cream is quite small it is excellent. A small amount applied 3 times a day in my case and the cold sore vanished like magic.

This didn't work for me, but that's just me others find it is brilliant, I just had to let nature take it course and Cold Sore went away in about week to 9 days

Very good cream
This is the best cold sore cream I used in years. I always suffer from them under my nose rather than my lips and it used to take couple of weeks to get rid of, with this cream it doesn’t fully come up. It also is transparent like Vaseline rather than white like most so can be used all day.

Works well-ive tried a few treatments before this which are often a cream that soak in…this is more like Carmex (a gel) so also keeps it moisturised and stopped it drying out/scabbing over…it’s healed quicker as a result and I could just about get away with makeup over it. Not found a miracle overnight cure but this has been better than most
