This gelatin works well and is a great value for the price. I’ve used it in everything from gummies to broths, and it sets up nicely. You can tell it's high quality—clean, neutral flavor and dissolves decently once fully mixed.That said, it does tend to clump a bit when added directly to hot liquids. Not a dealbreaker, and probably just the nature of working with gelatin, but it’s worth noting.
