The hose comes in a nice bag.My father was with me when I opened it up we were both impressed to the quality of the outer cover.iIt's thicker than hoses we have both had in the past.My old man was impressed by the materials used. ( that's saying something )The brass fittings are well made and the threads are quite smooth.The handle has a number of settings too many really I only wanted it to water my garden. On the wrong setting you will blast the plants out of the ground.There is a little catch to hold the trigger back to keep the flow on which is handy.I've used it about a week and all is going well.The little hook thingie is a nice touch to hand the hose on.I am happy with my purchase. I had bought a cheaper hose before and the thing fell apart in a couple of days. This is a lot better made.You do get what you pay for.

Great hosepipe. Brass fittings are quality & fit perfectly with no leakage whatsoever. The design of this hosepipe is quite amazing. Makes older style hoses seem so bulky & cumbersome, which, lets face it, is exactly what they are! The way this hosepipe expands is transfixing & snake like. Almost like magic. Reduces to very neat scale to pack back away in its supplied bag. Definitely recommend this product. I’ll never go back to using my old hose again.

Good quality product no faults so far. However it may claim to be 50 feet in length but it takes quite a pull to get it there. The spray gun is very good and I had no problems attaching it to my elderly outside tap!

Got this as my son recommended it as being very strong as we had one (another make did not last a summer) so though worth a try well not disappointed this is our third year and cross fingers it will be ok even if this doesn’t last I will definitely buy another

I had a good two week's use out of this hose, but now it is leaking where the fabric of the hose connects to the metal spray nozzle (so it's not an issue that can be fixed). I can't seem to contact the manufacturer so if you are reading this--please help!

I hope it will be durable, I've only had it a week. It is amazing! No kinks or tangles, reaches everywhere I need it to and the water pressure stays perfect.It is lightweight, robust and strong. No leaks, fits well on the outside tap and there's a little hanger to hold it tidily after use.

Wonderful hose. Amazing to see it expand and contract, but the free 9 functions hose nozzle broke after a few days of use. The rear adjuster screw seems to have broken in some way, which stops the nozzle functioning completely. Sadly, my mother-in-law had not unpacked it for a few weeks and we were outside the return date. Completely my fault and I know the nozzle was free, but the connector does not function properly with other proprietary nozzle brands, i.e. Hozelock, and leeks profusely from the connection point if you try a different nozzle. My fault for not returning it within the right period and the nozzle was free, but on the other hand, it didn't work and its not much use if the hose won't connect with other brands. I cannot see any way to correspond with the vendor outside the return period, but perhaps they will read this.

I purchased this hose in April 2020, found it to be much better than a normal hose as it doesn't kink/snag like a normal hose.Unfortunately it's started to leak near the tap connector. I know there's a 12 month warranty on this product but other than leaving this review and hoping the supplier sees it I can't find any other way to contact them?
