I’ve been taking this supplement for 4 months and I do have to say I haven’t had a panic attack in a long time. I generally feel calmer and less anxious. I’ve been on anxiety medications for 4 years yet still experienced panic attacks and waking up feeling uneasy. Ever since using this product, combined with some other supplements for mood regulation, I would say this stuff works. As for sleep I do take the supplement at night but I still have trouble falling sleep, but I’ve always have so I’d didn’t expect it to magically fix that. Libido hasn’t changed, still low due to the medications I’m on. I do find it helps a lot for working out and athletic performance. My stamina has increased and overall endurance. I don’t think it’s a placebo, I’ve genuinely have tried many products and prescription medications and I’ve never felt more at ease in my life than now. I’m excited to see how things go as I continue to use this product. To be fair, the effect isn’t going to be some life changing effect, but you will slowly notice the effects and when you reflect on your overall stress levels you’ll find that you are happier and calmer, for me at least. As for testosterone levels I have no idea I haven’t had my levels checked. But overall reccomend! Stick to it and take it everyday and you’ll see improvement!

Nutricost Ashwagandha pills are a great value—5/5 for sure. The price is much better compared to other brands I’ve tried, and they work just as advertised. I’ve noticed a real difference in stress and overall mood since taking them regularly. The pills are on the larger side, so that might be something to keep in mind if you have trouble swallowing capsules. Otherwise, no complaints—high quality and effective.

Been taking supplements for a while. And I have to say. My system has been improving a lot with this brand. Not a lot of fillers.

I don't write reviews for all my supplements because I take too many and it would be to cut time-consuming but I think it's worth mentioning on this one that I feel a very noticeable effect from taking this, there is a sedative element but also an anziolytic element that is pretty powerful. So for those who struggle with anxiety but are looking for something that is an alternative to getting on an SSRI or something similar, I definitely would recommend trying this.

These are great. I have a problem with my mind wandering at night, these help to slow that down and sleep better.

I'm a little conflicted. I like that there are no fillers and the price is right...till you realize you should be taking 3 a day not 1 as the bottle states. When you figure in the 3 a day, it's not that great of a deal
