Good Product but items may be missing.
I purchased this product for Amazon's Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. The item is good quality and works fine after receiving the correct cord adapter. Initially the cord adapters provided in the box were for China and the uk. The company was nice enough to ship a correct adapter once I contacted their customer service which was very polite. However I had to wait the additional amount of time for the correct adapter to be sent to me. This is why I am rating this item 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Wrong adaptor
The device came with plugging adaptors for Europe and UK but not for USA.
