Really useful and fun to use
I bought this to replace an ancient Dymo machine for labelling things around the house. It was a breeze to set up, the app is powerful and fairly intuitive and the quality of labels produced is very good. I also bought a reel of transparent label tape which is great for labelling things like chrome switches. I'm sure I will have fun thinking of more things to label.

Great product but could be stickier
Great product, easy to use but could do with being a bit stickier

High quality tape - sharp print
This is pricier than the tape for the popular Phomemo printer (which I also have) but it lasts a long time; also, the non-serrated cutter in this printer is much better than the tear off serrated one in the Phomemo, so it's swings and roundabouts! Both are good for small print jobs and the continuous tape makes these printers much more versatile.

Unit won’t accept one of the tape reels
One of the tape reels works, other when inserted unit says no tape.

Item is a dud
Hi these labels do not work - they will not register with the app as it states 'no label' even when label has been inserted correctly. Will be requesting a full refund.

App messes up your iCloud files
My biggest complaint is when I downloaded the app it meant that whenever I clicked on my file folder to access cloud stored files on my phone the Supvan app showed up and froze the screen. Had to uninstall to get to my files and then reinstall when I needed to print stickers! Am going to try installing on my iPad instead 🙏🏼🙏🏼Print quality is not great and quite fiddly to get the text size and alignment I need.Disappointed as looks great in the ad!

Great label printer!!
It was easy to set up on my iPhone (and I’m old!) and it just takes a bit of playing around to learn about all the features. I love the continuous roll (it comes with a full one which will last a while) and the cutter works neatly. The label is not very high, but you can adjust the length of it. I’ve even tried 3 lines of print, though they are small. I was even able to cut and paste a small photo image on a label! I definitely recommend this. Just make sure you are ok with the height of the tape. 5/5!
