It's Candy.
This is not worth the effort. Yes, it's sweet, it is candy. But I was expecting something at least similar to Brach's candy corn. Maybe this was just old, I don't know. But most of the candy was broken into pieces and seemed really brittle. The taste was just sweet, not creamy, no buttery undertones. I would not offer this to guests, not even kiddos. Live and learn, next time I will just get multiple bags of Brach's candy corn.

Flavor good, texture is not waxy.
If you would like candy corn that doesn't seem waxy, then this is the product for you. I took away a star because I actually wanted the waxy kind. However, my spouse really likes them. Once you start chewing these, the candy kind of dissolves to a paste consistency, which I know might not sound good, however if you don't like waxy, these are good for you because the flavor is spot on for classic candy corn.
