We bought a used one and it was as new so very happy with the great price. Our standard baby gate didn’t fit our new wider hall in our new home, so this was perfect and easy to adjust to the required width.

I did my research and wanted to buy again the one I already had - then I somehow misclicked and ordered this one. Overall a bit flimsy, but we will see.The drilling template refers to a different type of hinge, so I ended up with three sets of holes until I figured out the right positions!

Very nice child gate that can be extended or retracted to fit most door ways, stairways, very simple to put together, I have never fitted one before, and took me all of 20 mins to fit, thanks to a template included in the box, showing you which wall fittings go where and showing you where to mark ready for the screws, no floor bar to worry about which is good for wheelchair users or people not steady on there feet, the gate can swing both ways and due to the slim profile of the wall fittings you hardly notice any width loss in your doorways, and finally to unlock the gate to get through, simply push the plastic locking tab on the top catch, while pressed gently lift gate just enough to clear the top and bottom bar from there seatings and and push/pull gate open, to close (reverse steps to open) and lift back in to seating and listen for a click to ensure it's locked shut again, very sturdy gate and fittings, very impressed by how easy it was to fit, this gets a (5 star) rating from me, highly recommend, thank you seller & Amazon

Needs lifting and pulling to open. Puts pressure on back and arm. At times it is too difficult to open. After a few times the top catch came loose. Very frustrating

The gate was easy to assemble and fit. It came with a handy measuring guide to help place the attachments on the wall. I taped it to the frame and used a flat head screw driver to mark where the screws would attach to the wall.Lining it up was really the only thing that took any effort in the setup.There's no give if the gate gets pushed when closed and it locks very nicely into the mechanism.Due to it being screwed into place there's no slipping or worry of it being pushed over as there is with standard baby gates.Very worth the price and the time needed for setup and I will definitely opt for these over standard baby gates in future.

This really isnt fit for purpose. I wish i had read the reveiws... it hardly clips right to open/close, the metal does not feel solid and it unhooks from one side. As this gate is for the top of the stairs its totally unsafe.... and impractical. I hardly ever right reveiws but this product is awful. I wish i hadnt fitted it....

Bought this to keep my dog from going upstairs and it has worked a treat

Used as a dog gate to stop the loonies charging at the front door, my husband fitted he is a good DIY person and thought it was pretty straightforwardWe went for a larger opening to go across a non standard doorway

Barandilla-puerta extensible de seguridad construida en perfiles cuadradillos metálicos y lacadas al horno en color blanco.Viene perfectamente empaquetada, con instrucciones en inglés pero con ilustraciones muy claras que no dejan duda a la hora de montarla e instalarla. Todo lo necesario para su montaje e instalación está incluido en una caja aparte dentro del paquete: tornillería, soportes, bisagras, ...No es necesario conocimientos avanzados para el montaje e instalación de ésta barandilla aunque si algo de paciencia y hacerlo paso a paso, sin equivocarse a la hora de colocar las guías en papel (vienen incluidas) para el marcaje de los taladros a realizar en la pared.Necesario para el montaje: taladro con brocas, destornillador de estrella, lápiz, nivel y llave inglesa o fija. En mi caso tuve que prescindir del soporte superior pues la coloqué para cerrar el acceso a primera planta y estaba al lado de la barandila de la escalera y no coincidía con barrotes ni travesaños existentes. Aún así, queda bastante sujeta y amarrada y no se siente en ningún momento débil.

Wir sind super zufrieden und überrascht über die super Qualität des Türgitters. Haben es mit Schrauben an der Wand befestigt und es ist dadurch super stabil.Leider längere Lieferzeit obwohl der Artikel mit Prime gekennzeichnet war.
