I am really impressed with this heat pack. I received it yesterday for my husband sore neck. Then I tried it.The gel is so soft and comfortable. I have even used it as a eye mask to block out the light while sleeping! I am ordering my own today!

Helpful, but…
Material is soft and the pack is very flexible with just the right amount of weightiness. It doesn’t stay cold as long as I would like. I’ll probably have to get another 1-2 so I always have one at the ready. My neck is not huge but it’s not dainty either… I personally wish it adjusted a bit more snugly on me. I could overlap the Velcro a bit to make it smaller but the Velcro is very scratchy on my skin if I do that. Overall, worth it but if you deal with chronic/acute pain you may want to plan to get more than one.

Weirdly strong Velcro
The ice pack itself stays cold for a while and does its job. This sounds weird but the Velcro is SO strong that it takes a few minutes and lots of scratching my fingers to try to get it apart! I can manage it if I only attach it by a tiny overlap, but when it's fully Velcroed, forget it. I'd be stuck in it for life!

Omg, this is the very best thing I have found for cold around my neck. My Chiro says ice, and this surpasses anything else I have every tried/used. !!!! You need this. It is so very awesome. I will not give a good review for something I don't think works........this DOES :-) And NO, I didn't get anything FREE for this review like some do. This is just me.........

It's doesn't stay cold for long, and the velcro pokes you under the neck.

Liked it so much I bought 2!
Bought this for migraine relief but then had neck surgery. It works so well that I bought a second one to use as a heat wrap. They don't stay cold or hot for long periods but they do refreeze or reheat quickly.I have a large neck and this just fits if I don't try to choke myself. I have found that it is more loose the more I use it.
