Excellent laptop
I ordered yesterday (18 Jul 2024) and received it today. Product condition is excellent.Not a single scratch I could detect.Performance is very good.All okay ❤️

Laptip is defective
I bought 2 of these laptop. The other is working okay with just few scratches, but the other one is completely faulty. First, its not same model as the other has fingerprint and other hasnt. Next the paper wrapper sticked on the laptop and it leaves mark on it, even has few scratches but not really a big issue. Lastly the laptop itself, when i tried turning it on it didnt work so i thought that it just needs some charge so i charged it, after few min i started it again and then worked, i finished setting up i thought all is well but as soon as it hits the desktop view it popped a lot of viruses and the laptop hasnt even charged even a single bar. So over all experience isnt good, so be careful those who are purchssing renewed laptop, checked everything first.

Its all about luck
Definately wouldn't recommend buying this laptop or from this seller since it all seems like a matter of luck. I get that the product is renewed but according to the comments under the product, most people get a really good laptop with literally no issues but the rest like myself get the unexpected.I just got the laptop delivered to my door about 7 hours ago and immediately I plugged in the charger and waited for it to fully charge. Afterwards I opened the laptop and noticed that the brightness is low and so I tried to increase the brighness, the screen showed the brightness lever increasing but the brightness didn't change at all. I later on unplugged the charger at 100% battery and started checking out if there're any other issues. Barely an hour later the laptop says low battery at 20% and 5 mins later it completely shuts down. I plug in the charger again and opened it only to read somewhere saying battery 1 not present.
