OnePlus Nord CE 4 – Great Overall, Just a Bit Power Hungry on Mobile Data
I've been using the OnePlus Nord CE 4 for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s a solid phone for the price. The performance is smooth — apps open quickly, switching between them is fast, and there’s no lag even when I’m playing games or watching videos. The display is bright, super responsive with the 120Hz refresh rate, and looks great for watching content or just scrolling. The design feels premium even though it’s lightweight, and the camera has been surprisingly good, especially in daylight. Pictures come out sharp and colors are natural — not overly saturated.Battery life is mostly pretty good. On Wi-Fi or casual use, it easily lasts a full day. But I did notice that it consumes a bit more battery when I’m using mobile data or doing WhatsApp video calls. It’s not terrible, but it’s noticeable, especially if you’re on video calls for a long time or out and about without Wi-Fi.The good news is the charging is ridiculously fast. I can go from nearly 0 to 100% in around half an hour with the 100W SUPERVOOC charger, so even if the battery drains a bit faster sometimes, it’s super easy to top it up quickly. All in all, the Nord CE 4 is a great pick if you're looking for a powerful mid-range phone with a clean user experience. Just keep in mind that video calls on mobile data can drain the battery a bit faster — but the fast charging totally makes up for it.

Design and Display:The OnePlus Nord CE4 carries forward the brand’s signature sleek aesthetics with a refined, minimalistic design. Available in eye-catching color options, it boasts a slim profile and lightweight build, making it comfortable to hold and use one-handed. The 6.7-inch AMOLED display is a highlight, delivering vibrant colors, deep blacks, and excellent brightness levels. The 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling and an immersive viewing experience, whether you’re gaming or watching videos.Performance:Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, the Nord CE4 offers a smooth and responsive experience. It handles everyday tasks effortlessly and is well-optimized for multitasking. With up to 8GB of RAM, apps run efficiently, and switching between tasks feels seamless. Gaming performance is decent, with most titles running smoothly at medium to high settings. The inclusion of 5G ensures future-ready connectivity, making it a great choice for users looking for longevity in their device.Camera:The 50MP Sony primary sensor, paired with OIS, delivers sharp and well-detailed images, especially in good lighting conditions. Colors appear natural, and the dynamic range is impressive for its segment. Low-light photography is enhanced by Night Mode, though some noise creeps in under extremely dim conditions. The ultrawide lens provides added versatility, while the 16MP front camera captures clear selfies and works well for video calls. AI optimizations improve image processing, making casual photography effortless.Battery and Charging:With a 5000mAh battery, the Nord CE4 easily lasts a full day on a single charge, even with heavy usage. OnePlus’ signature 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging is a game-changer, refueling the phone in under 30 minutes. This makes it one of the best choices for users who hate waiting around for their phone to charge. Battery efficiency is well-tuned, ensuring longevity even with extensive media consumption and gaming.Storage and Software:The Nord CE4 comes with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, catering to different user needs. While there’s no microSD slot, the base storage is ample for most users. OxygenOS, based on Android, provides a clean, smooth experience with minimal bloatware. The UI remains one of the best in the industry, offering a near-stock Android feel with useful customizations.Verdict:The OnePlus Nord CE4 is a well-rounded mid-range smartphone that excels in display quality, performance, and charging speed. It’s a great pick for users who want a premium experience at a reasonable price. While the camera performance in low light could be slightly better, and expandable storage is missing, its overall package makes it a solid contender in its price range.

Usage after 1 year
Really premium look with brand one plus at back. Above average camera, slight lags, moderate battery still persists after one year. I purchase it on june 2024. After 1year still with it and no idea to switch over. For my usage it is ok and will upgrade the case only.Quick charging supports on emergency times and quite useful camera as it does the job. Lagging issues can be resolved by cache clean on weekly basis with paid software of ccleaner which is just 200rs per year.I bought it for 25k and never regret.

It's the best in this category!
I've been using this phone for about a week now and I feel that it's super awesome. Let's talk about the pros and cons :Pros1. The display is pretty bright and amazing. It can play HDR videos upto 1440p in YouTube and you can set your device to brighten up while playing HDR videos in the setting.2. The UI is very smooth. It has a lot of features too!3. The cameras are awesome! They click such amazing photos and shoot amazing videos. It clicks natural photos. There are modes like timelapse,slow-mo,etc too. It has OIS, which only records at 1080p 60fps. There is a mode in the video section named 'ultra steady' by which you can use OIS.4. The performance of the phone is amazing and is well optimised!5. The built is quality is nice too!6. The charging is fabulous! It has a 100 watt charger in the box which can full charge your phone in 25 minutes when smart rapid charging is on. The battery backup is just amazing. This phone gives a whopping 1.5-2 days of battery backup.7. There is a feature that you might not know, you can adjust the intensity of brightness of the torch by pressing and holding the torch symbol, just like iphones.8. The speakers are loud AF! After updating there is this mode where you could ultra boost volume upto 300% which is crazy! And it's very-very loud.Cons1. It can't play 2160p in HDR.2. It doesn't support OIS on 4k 30fps and the OIS video has very slight unnoticeable jitterness.3. The animation is kinda slow but smooth for me, so I changed it in developer options.4. The frame and back is made up of plastic. The phone is pretty awesome and the cons don't bother me 😄.I'm a tech enthusiast so you can trust on me!
