I like the materials and ease of use and ease of cleaning afterwards. The infuser is rather large and its easy to out different teas in it. Even with finer green teas some fine pieces do come through but doesn't bother me. The design with cap is nice and cap substitutes as a stand to rest the infuser on after you let it steep a few minutes. It does hold a lot and i guess depending on what type of tea you ise it can be handy. The cup is a standard dual wall bodum cup so hot teas stay hot, i dont really like the style of cup though where its wide on too and smaller on bottom, Where its a little easier to tip so maybe a wider bottom with handle cup would be even better. Over all though its good quality and works well so the cup design is a minor complaint. 5 stars.

I ordered this for my SO and she absolutely loves it! It's very good quality and I expect it will last for age (barring any major whoopsies). It's very simple to clean as well.The strainer works fantastic and there is next to no leaf matter in the liquid. Great purchase, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a loose-leaf solution!

Some here speak about how this double walled glass gets super hot and is not holdable, and it’s true if you add boiling water and put the lid on to hold the heat in (which is what probably most people would do, cuz why wouldn’t you do that?!). I found that if I add the water and don’t put the lid on, I can hold the glass after the five minute tea brew time and the tea brews fine.I don’t really call that ideal but it does work, and the liquid does stay warmer longer than a regular cup or mug, so I decided to keep it. I don’t love that the mesh is plastic; you’d think for this price it would be stainless steel.

Quality of the product is excellent. Screen to strain tea is very robustly attach and has a lot of surface area to ensure effective steeping. Insulates well, beverage definitely stays hot longer than would be the case in a non-double-walled vessel. Would be cool if the strainer's frame material was made out of some kind of metal instead of plastic. The plastic is very functional nonetheless. Well-weighted, does not feel like it will tip at ALL. (I have felt this with other similar double-walled mugs.)

I love this glass. It keeps my tea warm for a long time and the outside stays cool to the touch. I actually broke my first one so I bought a 2 pack set and then I bought this one as a gift for my daughter. The basket from my first glass is still in use and this is my second year with it. I use it for loose leaf and tea bags both.

This is very easy to use for loose tea or tea bags. The tea stays hot longer If you use a tea bag you can use the cover to steep your tea. Good product.

I really enjoyed using this cup for about a month until a friendly tussle over a kettle power button sent my elbow flying into the cup placed on the bar counter and off it went into a million pieces on a hard tiled floor. No chance! Double walled glass is just fragile by nature, but nevertheless worth it to me as it feels great to hold and drink from. Easy to clean. One reservation I have (for which I did not deduct a star) is that the brew basket is plastic and mesh. The mesh retains tea stains easily and well there is plastic (would rather the basket be all steel or glass). I like the plastic lid though. No thermal issues with any components, thus functionality is perfect. Will buy again... lol.
