It’s good!
I wanted a small cheap laptop with windows 10. This computer is a little gem. Boots up fairly quick. It takes awhile to setup like all pcs. I purchased a mini memory card and a mouse. I wanted to transfer some old photos I had on cd to the mini card so I purchased a very cheap external drive. All so easy to do. I can recommend this pc. Edit now will not connect to internet. Boots up ok but no internet. I bought a WiFi dingle off Amazon and it works fine now. East fix for £10

Green light but won’t turn on black screen
I purchased the rose gold laptop as i love the colour but within 24 hours later I'm returning it. The laptop arrived immaculate no marks or scratches and I was very happy with it. All the updates took ages to download and then it began to freeze and not allow me to type or even search something on the internet and now it won’t turn on the green light blinks charger is plugged in and I’m getting nothing but a black screen so I have no option but to return it.

Great laptop
Well I needed a new laptop for my business and this was great value for money so I decided to go for it.The quality of this laptop it great. The performance is fantastic also the speed is great and loads up my pages and apps quickly.I have connected it to my WiFi and i have no issues as all.If anything happens to this laptop I would buy another one

good for basic needs, wouldn't be suitable for complex use
Good little laptop for basic needs, lightweight so good for travelling but not suitable for big amounts of storage or using complex software, speed is ok not super quick

Disgusting and Disappointed
This item is horrible, it does not work at all, it always needs to be on charge, and my daughter cannot use this product for her school work, avoid buying this item, it’s not worth it at all!!

Perfect extension of my PC
Just the right size for me to take to Parish Council meetings to give easy access to documents I previously would have printed.I accepted the offer of free upgrade to Windows 11.So far it's proving to be a great little laptop.I am using a thumbwheel mouse because I find the touchpad a bit of a challenge. I have been using thumbwheel mouse for nearly 20 years so I am comfortable with this.

Rubbish!!
I wouldn't buy this again, wish I didn't. Paid what I did for it. Keeps disconnecting from WiFi, even had it looked at and still doing same. Can't even send it back get my money back. My advice don't bother!!
